Hit it
Left english (inside on a right-rail shot), medium pace. The english widens the rebound off the short rail so the cue ball comes back across and lands on the center spot.
Tip: Inside english on a rail-line cut holds the OB and widens the CB rebound
Avoid: Too much english — CB throws the OB off the rail
