3 diamonds off the foot rail, 2 diamonds off the left rail
Object ball
2 diamonds off the head rail, ½ a diamond off the right rail

The faint outlined ball on the diagram is the ghost ball — aim your cue ball straight at it and the object ball goes in the pocket.
The Setup
